DESCRIPTION OF WORKSHOPS

Schedule of Workshops

Workshops may be taken in any order, and may also be repeated. Although certain material may be repeated from workshop to workshop, each time you are in Master Wang's presence you are receiving deeper levels of these teachings. It is not a requirement to adopt Buddhism in order to learn the practices, however the Buddhist philosophy is an integral part of the teachings and will be discussed.

FIVE ELEMENT STAKE - The five elements consist of wood, fire, earth, metal and water. In Master Wang's Qigong method, the five elements are addressed in a certain order and relate to particular inner organs or functions of the body. The movements of this form of Qigong accumulate Qi (pronounced chee) and balance and strengthen the body down to the cellular level so that healing can take place.

ONE FINGER ZEN DYNAMIC FORM - This practice consists of nine different movements. These movements gather energy so it can be absorbed and used to heal and strengthen the body. The posture of the body and specific movements are emphasized so that body and mind can be open to receive energy.

ONE FINGER ZEN STILL FORM - In the traditional Tibetan medicine view, all organs in the body are connected to meridian lines through the fingers and toes. In this practice, inner strength and healing are promoted through specific positions of fingers and toes. Three different forms (standing, sitting and lying down) are taught so that this practice can be used by the most infirm.

FACIAL MASSAGE AND PATTING THE MERIDIANS - Massaging the acupuncture points of the face and ears can improve youthfulness, sense of smell and eyesight, and relieve tension in your head and other parts of your body. Patting the acupuncture points along the meridians of the body stimulates the internal organs and rejuvenates the whole body. These methods are beneficial when practiced by themselves, and when done immediately after another practice.

SIX SYLLABLE MANTRA - Ancient cultures of India, Tibet and China used incantations and sound to cure illness and promote healing. This advanced practice, when used in conjunction with the other practices taught by Master Wang, can be a very powerful element of healing. The mantra teaching is intricately linked with the philosophy of Buddhism, and therefore will include meditation and purification rituals.

EXPELLING NEGATIVE ENERGIES - Tibetan Buddhism teaches that there are many energies that cannot be seen, but nevertheless have a powerful impact on people. Some of these forces are negative in nature and can have harmful effects on our well being. This practice helps overcome these negative influences and promotes achievement of one's highest potential.

THREE SYLLABLE MANTRA - Three Syllable Mantra is composed of three different call signs of particular frequencies. The purpose of the syllables is to call the infinite time and space through the use of special vibrations of voice frequency and allows people to directly obtain the energy from the cosmos. Three Syllable Mantra is the fundamental mantra recitation in Tibetan practice.

VAJRA YOGA - Vajra Yoga is one of the precious teachings given to Milarepa. It opens meridians and the bright spot (an energetic location in the body of profound importance) to enable one’s capability to achieve their own high level. Using the energy of the Universe the chakras are able to synchronize the vibrations. It is a very high level secret teaching. There are many high lamas and Living Buddhas waiting for this empowerment and teaching.

GROUP ENERGY SESSIONS - Master Wang works with an acupuncture model of the human body and uses an ancient system of Qigong to project Qi into different parts of the body in a non-invasive way. Each person will experience the group energy session differently according to individual needs for self-healing and spiritual development.

COSTS:
